Sofia Municipal Privatization & Investment Agency (Invest Sofia) awarded another Green Card for administrative services – this time to the high-tech company TouchMenu, which develops artificial intelligence solutions for the hotel sector.
The official ceremony took place in the presence of our CEO Dr. Maria Hristova, who presented the document to the TouchMenu co-founders Plamena Bobeva and Todor Bobev.
The Green Card for administrative services is a tool developed by Invest Sofia to facilitate access to administrative services within the Sofia Municipality for strategic investors and innovative companies. The cardholders receive personalized support, consulting, and priority assistance with administrative procedures, with the aim of faster and more efficient implementation of their projects in the capital. To date, the Agency has issued 12 green cards, including to international companies such as Teva Pharma and innovative Bulgarian start-ups in growth.
TouchMenu is a Bulgarian SaaS platform for digitizing hotel services based on artificial intelligence. Through innovative solutions, the company enables hotels and resorts to improve the user experience, reduce administrative burdens, and increase revenue from additional services. With over 100 active locations, 8,000+ daily users, and proven revenue growth of 32%, TouchMenu is expanding its presence in Bulgaria, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East. The company is an example of a sustainable model with high potential for international expansion.
The awarding of the Green Card to TouchMenu is part of Invest Sofia’s commitment to supporting innovative businesses and creating a favorable environment for growth.
