For more than 19 years, the company has specialized in consulting commercial real estate, and in the last four of them it has entered the residential sector.

In Bulgaria, the company, which Yavor Kostov manages, has completed landmark deals in Sofia with office space, key tenants in the market, as well as deals with some of the largest land plots in the capital.
