Yet another company is now part of the Sofia IS initiative launched by Invest Sofia to provide integrated free of charge services to investors in the city. This is the commercial real estate brokerage company Trinity Real Estate. The company joined the network of Sofia IS under a Memorandum of Cooperation signed at an official meeting.
Accоrding to the Agreement, Invest Sofia and Trinity Real Estate will assist each other in business meetings and initiatives in the field of real estate investment activities and will encourage the exchange of expertise and contacts that will help joint activities in investor inquiries concerning market information in the segments of office, industrial and retail segments in Sofia and Bulgaria.
