They will also cooperate in the implementation of various &#8220;soft measures&#8221; to serve as a tool for improving the living environment and business development in the area.<\/p>\n<p>The memorandum was signed by Maria Hristova, Senior Executive Director, SMPIA and Georgi Ganev, General Manager, IBM Bulgaria.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery galleryid-35400 gallery-columns-2
