This made the capital the first city that presented Bulgaria at an event of Messe M\u00fcnchen.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Bulgarian participation at the exhibition also included six leading companies in the construction sector in Bulgaria that presented their projects: Expo 2000 Real Estate, Galaxy Investment Group, Real Estates BG, Business Park Sofia, East Ring Logistic Park and Harmony Group. AHK Bulgarien (@AHK_Bulgarien) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/AHK_Bulgarien\/status\/1049304954647797760?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">October 8, 2018<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Bulgarian companies presented a diverse portfolio of projects, including office buildings, commercial and logistic parks, hotels, residential buildings.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This year EXPO REAL welcomed a record high number of visitors and exhibitors:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">44 536 visitors from 72 countries (an increase of some 7% compared to 2017), including more than 100 mayors, executive directors and municipal representatives from 24 European cities;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After Germany, the countries with the highest number of visitors were the UK, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Switzerland, France, the Czech Republic, Luxembourg, the USA and Spain;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 095 international exhibitors (companies, cities, regions, etc.) from 41 countries;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">countries with the highest number of exhibitors, after Germany, were: Austria, the Netherlands, Switzerland, the UK (with the largest increase from 16 to 47), Poland, Romania, France, Luxembourg, Hungary and the USA;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This year, the exhibition welcomed <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">two new cities <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">for the first time \u00a0&#8211; Sofia attracted great investor interest due to the rapid development of the real estate market and the high prime yields \u00a0&#8211; from 7.25% to 8.75% for business properties.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our team also met with Mr. Klaus Dietrich, chairman and chief executive officer of Messe M\u00fcnchen.
