The Bulgarian studio is one of the biggest game production companies in Southeastern Europe with 25 released games, including the flagship title Imperia Online \u2013 a medieval cross-platform MMO strategy with over 40 million users worldwide.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Stillfront is a network of independent developers, publishers and distributors. Imperia Online becomes the tenth subsidiary, joining previous acquisitions \u2013 the Hamburg-based studio Goodgame, the German sports management game OnlineFussballManager, the Dublin developer eRepublik Labs and the MENA publisher Babil Games, among others.<\/p>\n<p>The acquisition is expected to be completed on October 11th. \u20ac5 million is payable in cash to Imperia Online\u2019s former owners, while the other \u20ac5 million is payable in newly issued Stillfront shares.
