The method was developed by<\/span><b> A.T. Kearney <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and <\/span><b>the European Commission<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in order to boost the innovation potential of enterprises in the EU. The assessment is in compliance with the European Innovation Management Standards <\/span><b>CEN\/TS 16 555-1<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>CWA 15899<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Over the last three years, over 100 leading Bulgarian companies from different sectors have benefited from the tool and have received recommendations in the form of an action plan that is fully in line with the client&#8217;s needs and sets the necessary steps for creating an innovation strategy, finding new markets and customers, stimulating employee creativity, retaining quality staff, etc. Companies also receive a <\/span><b>certificate of a successful assisted IMP\u00b3rove assessment<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, which is in line with the European Innovation Management Standards CEN\/TS 16 555-1 and CWA 15899. The assessment is useful for applications under the SME Instrument of the Horizon 2020 program.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>BCCI offers free assessment vouchers to companies that meet the following criteria:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SMEs with innovative activity and growth ambitions<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Existing for at least 3 years<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Employing at least 10 people<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Benefits for the companies include:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Learning how innovation management affects the company&#8217;s competitiveness<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Comparing with world-class leading companies<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Boosting reputation as an innovative company<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The assessment will allow you to see your strengths and weaknesses<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Using specific recommendations to boost innovation capacity<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>The assessment process:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Within two hours a certified expert arrives at the company&#8217;s office and assists you in answering a series of questions on the management of all processes in the company related to innovation. After the assessment, you receive a report that contains an assessment of your organization&#8217;s performance compared to other companies in your sector, a certificate for completed assessment and recommendations for improvement and good practices that you can implement. The submission of information by the applicants is voluntary and is not accompanied by a proof or verification procedure. The information received during the assessment remains strictly confidential.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The submission of the assessment to selected innovative companies is funded under the European Horizon 2020 Program.
