The <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conference is held under the auspices of the Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the EU.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The panel discussions will focus on <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">investments in research, innovation and human capital as key priority areas for boosting jobs and growth, particularly in the context of digital economies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Commission and the Bulgarian Presidency will provide a platform to discuss and commit to place<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">based innovation as a priority for Europe, with a focus on Southeast Europe, including the Western Balkans.
